Dedicated to holistic healing and growth.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, codependency, burnout, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity development, family and peer relationships, and the pressures and anxiety often associated with school and emerging adulthood.

One special interest I hold is in supporting individuals who work in helping, ministry, and healthcare professions. I understand the unique emotional demands these roles can bring and partner with clients to develop healthy boundaries, build resilience, and prevent or manage compassion fatigue.

I am committed to creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard, valued, and understood. Meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and I work collaboratively with each client to process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and move toward their personal goals. My holistic approach considers each person's emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual well-being, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to meet each client's unique needs.

I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. Outside of the counseling office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, baking, and getting lost in a good book.
